This weeks Fred Meyer organics on sale

Fred Meyers is a little light on their sales for organic this week but there are still a few good deals. Sales good  August 22-28

Organic Avocados 4 for $5 dollars. My sister loves to eat them plain with a little lemon and salt squirted on them. I tried it yesterday and enjoyed it!
Organic Tomatoes 1.98 per pound. This is a good deal since their regular tomatoes were on sale for the same price last week.
Fresh Wild Alaska Whole Silver Salmon is 4.99 per pound. I usually buy a whole one and ask them to fillet it for me.
